2026 West Virginia 911 Telecommunicator Conference
Attendee & Pre Conference Registration
The West Virginia 911 Council invites you to attend the
2026 Linda G. Johnson Memorial WV 911 Telecommunicator Conference,
taking place October 5–8, 2026, at the
Bridgeport Conference Center in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
This annual conference brings together 911 telecommunicators, supervisors,
emergency communications leaders, emergency managers, public safety
professionals, and industry partners from across West Virginia for training,
networking, professional development, and collaboration.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in educational sessions,
connect with emergency communications professionals from throughout the
state, visit with industry partners, and learn about current issues,
technology, and best practices affecting West Virginia’s 911 community.

Featured Training
The conference’s primary training program will include
“Is the Caller the Killer”, presented during the Monday
pre-conference session and continuing into Tuesday.
Additional sessions will address topics relevant to emergency communications,
telecommunicator wellness, public safety operations, emerging technology,
leadership, and other issues affecting 911 professionals.
Registration Options
Only Pre-Conference Course – 911 Employees Only – $100.00
Select this option only when attending the Monday & Tuesday pre-conference course without
attending the main conference and you are employed by a 911 center.
Only Pre-Conference Course – Non-911 Employees – $200.00
Select this option only when attending the Monday & Tuesday pre-conference course without
attending the main conference and you are not employed by a 911 center. This
includes personnel from law enforcement, fire departments, EMS agencies,
emergency management agencies, and other organizations.
Early Bird Conference Registration – $325.00
Available through October 4, 2026.
Regular Conference Registration – $375.00
Applies after October 4, 2026.
Tuesday Day Pass – $200.00
Wednesday Day Pass – $200.00
Guest Pass – $60.00
Registration Information
Full conference registration includes access to scheduled educational
sessions, general sessions, vendor hall activities, networking opportunities,
conference materials, and meals or refreshments identified in the final
conference agenda.
Day passes provide access only to the conference activities scheduled for the
selected day.
The pre-conference course is a separate registration item and must be selected
during registration by those wishing to attend the Monday training program.
If you are attending only the pre-conference course and will not attend
the main conference, select only one of the following registration options:

Only Pre-Conference Course – 911 Employees Only if you are
employed by a 911 center.

Only Pre-Conference Course – Non-911 Employees if you work
for another organization, including a police department, fire department,
EMS agency, emergency management agency, or other public safety or partner
organization.
Please select the registration option that corresponds with your employing
agency. The 911 employee rate applies only to individuals employed by a
911 center.
Vendor and Sponsor Representatives
Employees or representatives of conference sponsors should confirm their
registration status with their company before completing an individual
attendee registration.
Sponsorship packages include a limited number of complimentary registrations.
Individuals who have already been included under their company’s sponsorship
registration do not need to register separately.
Vendor employees or representatives who are not included in their company’s
complimentary sponsor registrations and wish to attend conference training
should complete an attendee registration.
Hotel Accommodations
IMPORTANT HOTEL UPDATE
The Bridgeport Conference Center has advised that the
Wingate by Wyndham Bridgeport/Clarksburg has been closed by the Health Department indefinitely.
The Wingate is no longer available as a conference hotel.
Anyone who previously made a reservation at the Wingate will need to make a new reservation
at either the Microtel Inn & Suites or the Courtyard by Marriott.
Conference room blocks have been reserved for attendees. Attendees are responsible
for booking and paying for their individual hotel reservations.

Early reservations are strongly encouraged. After each hotel's reservation
deadline, rooms and the special conference rate may no longer be available.
If you previously reserved a room at the Wingate by Wyndham, please make a new
reservation at either the Microtel Inn & Suites or the Courtyard by Marriott.
Tuesday Evening Vendor Social
A vendor social and networking event is planned for Tuesday evening,
October 6, 2026, at
Mountain State Brewing Company in Bridgeport.
Additional information regarding transportation, food, beverage tickets,
and event times will be included in the final conference agenda.
President’s Banquet and Awards Ceremony
The President’s Banquet and Awards Ceremony will be held on
Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
Additional details regarding the banquet, awards program, and event schedule
will be included in the final conference agenda.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
Attendee registrations canceled before
September 21, 2026 will be subject to a
$25.00 cancellation fee per attendee.
No refunds will be issued after September 21, 2026.
Registration modifications or substitutions may be permitted prior to the
conference. Please contact the WV 911 Conference Committee for assistance.
