The West Virginia 911 Council is dedicated to enhancing public safety across the state by overseeing and supporting the operations of 911 emergency communication centers. Comprised of leaders in public safety, technology, and policy, the Council provides guidance, resources, and advocacy to ensure that 911 services are effective, efficient, and accessible to all West Virginians. Through collaboration with local, state, and federal agencies, the Council works to improve the state’s emergency communication systems, ensuring a rapid and coordinated response to emergencies statewide.
